Semi-Private sessions are sessions involving two (2) or three (3) students with one Certified Yoga Therapist. These sessions can be scheduled at times convenient to the participants.

This option is often used by family members, coworkers or friends, who want to practice yoga together, at a time outside of the regular group class times.

Private and semi-private sessions are 1 Hour long. You are required to wear something easy to move in.  All props are provided but bring your own mat if you prefer. This method of yoga focuses heavily on the feet, so no socks are recommended.  Pre-registration before the first session is required. You will be required to sign a waiver which can be downloaded by clicking on the link below. If this could be filled out and brought to the first session that would be a plus. Otherwise you will be asked to fill out the form in studio.  Please inform your instructor before class if you have any significant health concerns.
