Private sessions are one-on-one sessions with a Certified Yoga Therapist. 

There are several benefits to private sessions. Firstly, the entire session is dedicated to your issues and concerns.  As a result, the session can be used to quickly identify your sources of discomfort and to design the best course of action.

Private sessions yield fast results. Whether your aim is to use yoga for pain management, stress reduction or weight loss, with an individually targeted program you will reach your goal in a shorter frame of time.

Private and semi-private sessions are 1 Hour long. You are required to wear something easy to move in.  All props are provided but bring your own mat if you prefer. This method of yoga focuses heavily on the feet, so no socks are recommended.  Pre-registration before each session is required. You will be required to sign a waiver which can be downloaded by clicking on the link below. If this could be filled out and brought to the first session that would be a plus. Otherwise you will be asked to fill out the form in studio.  Please inform your instructor before class if you have any significant health concerns.
